New/Updated Patron Error - InterLibrary Loan

This issue has now been resolved. If you are still unable to place an Interlibrary Loan request, please contact ill@uwinnipeg.ca.
Due to our recent system upgrade, some patrons are currently unable to place InterLibrary Loan requests through our online catalogue. This issue affects patrons who have received new barcodes (student/staff cards) or have updated expired accounts since mid-November 2018. We are currently working on a solution; in the meantime, if you attempt to request an InterLibrary Loan and receive the error message “Requestor not found”, please follow these steps:
(1) Contact the Circulation department (circulation@uwinnipeg.ca ; 204-786-9808) to confirm there are no issues with your account.
(2) If your account is active and in good standing, please complete this form to submit your InterLibrary Loan request.
