The library is now inviting applications for the position of Circulation Supervisor. This position exists within the Circulation department of the Access Services unit and reports to the Head of Access Services.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Circulation Department’s staff and workflows, ensuring the highest quality service is provided at the Circulation Desk. Duties include coordinating staff coverage and scheduling assignments, developing training materials and processes, monitoring library income accounts, and dealing directly with patrons concerning circulation issues and library policies.
