Account Login Issues - Ongoing

Issue Description
The library is aware of a persistent issue affecting key library services; at times, users may experience difficulty attempting to login to library accounts, or may be presented with an error message indicating, "the institution cannot be reached."
Resolution
We recommend refreshing your page, clearing your browsing data, and/or starting over using a private browsing function (i.e., Private Mode or Incognito Mode). In many cases this will allow you to login on a subsequent attempt.
We are working to resolve this issue, but we anticipate it will be some time before the fix is completed. Further updates will be provided on this page as they are available.
Account Security
Be aware that, as a security precaution, making multiple failed login attempts may temporarily or permanently restrict your UWinnipeg computer account credentials - please see TSC's password page for more information about password resets. The library cannot modify your UWinnipeg user credentials or assist with unlocking network accounts.
