Thrive Week

Building positive wellness on campus.

Thrive Week is a week-long series of free events designed to promote positive wellness on campus for students and staff. From November 17 to 21, the Wellness Centre collaborates with partners across the university, including the Library, to offer students and staff a week of workshops, social events, giveaways, and more. This year, the Library created a Kind Thoughts Board and will be hosting a Coffee Break event in partnership with the UWSA and the Game Studies Society.

Kind Thoughts Board

If you need a little boost this week, visit the Kind Thoughts Board located in Pitcairn Commons on the 4th floor of the Library to read positive notes left by other students, staff and faculty. Feel free to leave a kind message for future readers as well!

Coffee Break

Join us in the Atrium on Wednesday, November 19, anytime from 3 to 5 p.m., for a chill coffee break at the Library. Hang out with other students, play board games or relax with coloring books and recharge with free coffee, tea, and snacks!
