Lauren (she/her) leads the library's Acquisitions and Metadata units. These departments are responsible for purchasing, processing, and describing library collections before they are made available on the shelves and online. Here role includes the management and training of staff working in these areas, as well as the strategic development of cataloguing strategies specific to our collection needs at UWinnipeg.
