Dee Wallace
Head of Access Services
Dee Wallace is head of the library's Access Services unit, consisting of the Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, and Course Reserves departments. Her role includes significant operational planning and management, as well as training, mentorship, and policy development for the majority of frontline services. Dee ensures that the library's resources, facilities, and services are available for use by library patrons and that operations reflect the library's commitment to safety, inclusivity, and accessibility.
