Introducing Borealis, The Canadian Dataverse Repository

UWinnipeg is home to eight Canada research chairs and an external grant portfolio totaling more than $14 million – a twofold increase since 2016. Producing scholarship in the digital age creates a lot of data; data which can be shared, reused, and expanded upon to create new kinds of knowledge.

To help store, manage, and mobilize this data, the library has acquired a local instance of Borealis, the Canadian Dataverse Repository.
