Issues With Nexus Course Reserves?
Course instructors who are experiencing difficulty with the course reserves system (Ares) inside of Nexus should contact reserve@uwinnipeg.ca; Nexus support cannot provide assistance for reserves related issues.
Pickup Order Help!
Patrons can contact circulation@uwinnipeg.ca or call 204-786-9808 if they require assistance with their pickup orders, smart lockers, or need to change or extend their pickup time. We encourage patrons to pick up their materials on weekdays when staff are available to provide Smart Locker assistance, if needed. Staff are available via phone Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Book Return Messages
The Library has begun sending out automated notifications to expired accounts only to arrange the return of Library material on loan during the pandemic. Currently enrolled/employed students, faculty, and staff who believe they have received this message in error should contact circulation@uwinnipeg.ca to resolve the issue. Materials can always be returned via the book drop located at the south entrance to Centennial Hall, near the security booth.
