Submit a Thesis or Dissertation to WinnSpace

WinnSpace welcomes student work, but it must be submitted through the proper channels. Please bear in mind that in making a submission, you are licensing the work to be made permanently available in a publicly accessible online repository, and that once submitted, no changes will be allowed.

If you are an undergraduate, please have your thesis advisor contact winnspace@uwinnipeg.ca to make arrangements to submit the work.

If you are a graduate:

  • Make sure you have carefully read the pertinent sections of the Faculty of Graduate Studies Policies and Guidelines and the UWinnipeg Copyright Guide (see links below).
  • A thesis is normally published in WinnSpace shortly after its defense. Any embargo period must be approved by the Faculty of Graduate Studies prior to submission.
  • Carefully complete and submit the online Graduate Student Thesis Library Submission Form, ensuring that all required information is supplied, and is entered exactly as shown on your approved thesis.
  • Email your thesis and any accompanying files to Kent Suss (k.suss@uwinnipeg.ca) at the Graduate Studies Office.
